Well, I've been pretty busy this weekend. I had two orders. My first was a football Kerstin with a football, not too complicated. And my second was a small cake with cake pops. By the way the first time I actually make and decorate cake pops. It was time consuming but so worth it. They came out looking and tasting great. I hope you enjoys these pics.

These cupcakes are really cute and tasted great. These are chocolate w/ caramel sauce (my favorite), strawberry shortcake, Dominican w/ pineapple filling, and last but definitely not least peanut butter and jelly.
This was a marathon of baking and preparing for this one. It was a total of 16 dozen cupcakes. I had so much fun. The chocolate cupcakes had a chocolate embellishment, the strawberry shortcake had a fresh strawberry on top w/ strawberry jam inside, the Dominican cupcakes had merengue w/ a fondant buttrfly, and the peanut butter had grape jelly w/ a peanut butter butter cream.
Hope to have the pleasure of making these for you.

This cake is one of my favorites this far. It is a vanilla cake with my famous butter cream icing and decorated with fondant. The hardest part was the logo of course. It took me two tries (the first one broke on me after I was done cutting it). But the second time was a charm. Looked great and happy to have another elated customer.
