Shift Dream Cupcakes

These cupcakes are really cute and tasted great. These are chocolate w/ caramel sauce (my favorite), strawberry shortcake, Dominican w/ pineapple filling, and last but definitely not least peanut butter and jelly.

This was a marathon of baking and preparing for this one. It was a total of 16 dozen cupcakes. I had so much fun. The chocolate cupcakes had a chocolate embellishment, the strawberry shortcake had a fresh strawberry on top w/ strawberry jam inside, the Dominican cupcakes had merengue w/ a fondant buttrfly, and the peanut butter had grape jelly w/ a peanut butter butter cream.

Jeffrey's Polo Cake Dreams

This cake is one of my favorites this far. It is a vanilla cake with my famous butter cream icing and decorated with fondant. The hardest part was the logo of course. It took me two tries (the first one broke on me after I was done cutting it). But the second time was a charm. Looked great and happy to have another elated customer.

Joshua's Dream Airplane Cake

This is a marble cake with butter cream icing. The planes are made with fondant. The kids had a great time playing with their food.

Connor's Dream Einstein Cake

This is a basic vanilla cake with buttercream icing. The characters are made of gum paste. Connor was si excited he wanted to play with the characters.

Long time

It's been a while since my last post. I've been a little busy with building this business. It's now taking off and have lots of work. I'll be posting some more pictures soon. Hope you enjoy...
